Day 5. Have I said I like the first week of "correction"? :) Had my ribeye last night and saved some for my salad today. I make up a dressing with mayo and ketchup (2 tsp ketchup to 1/2 cup), basically fake french dressing but it's good and I can make the carbs work. Tonight is chicken stirfy (no rice).
Audits are (mostly) done, just have the last rebuttals and then the final results to the management team. And then I do the next projects...always something to do. :) But at least these are the things I like to do best - research, training, teaching, creating. I'm pleased that my position is morphing in that direction. It's where my heart is and I think I'm good at it. I hear from others that they think so too. Now for a significant raise! :) LOL
