Had foot surgery Monday. Planned on doing some upper body exercising during recovery, but foot hurts so much I don't want to move it even a little bit. Will wait and incorporate when pain has decreased. Unable to stand up for a weight check and the bandages are pretty significant anyway, but my "skinny" pants are definitely becoming looser. Staying under calorie output which has significantly lowered post-op with ease. (Can't get up to get food! That's a plus.) Still about 10g over the allotted 60g of carbs,way under on protein and a bit high on fat occasionally. Fasting blood sugars high, but doc says probably a result of the stress of surgery and not to do anything unless over 200. That seems a bit high, but maybe they'll start dropping as I feel better.
