Hmmm...I'm almost afraid to hope that this plateau is over and that I'm going to consistently lose again. My lowest was 189, I'm 192.2 today. I hope so, I really like eating this way (LCHF). I'm not hungry until it's time to eat, I know that getting more calories is probably better for me than the starvation I was doing, and when I go out or travel, it's very easy to stick to.
I went out to dinner last night with my mom, and they put a big hunk of sourdough bread and butter on the table. My weakness. A little breeze blew a whiff of the sourdough my way. I had a moment, thought "just a corner with a lot of butter" but the moment passed and I passed on the bread.
I have an overwhelming desire to reach my weight goal. That is what keeps me going. After dinner, mom and I went to Ross, and I bought three dresses. I've been dating a lot, and need clothes for that. I was really glad I didn't eat the bread. I've never worn dresses like this before, close fitting and not trying to cover myself up.
