Well i visited my nana for a few days this week and although i didn't do horribly, I didn't have internet so couldn't completely assess all meals so went a little higher than I would have liked on my calories. Funny thing was I thought that wed would be my bad day and it turns out tues was worse. Oops. thought I'd done fine that day. that's what happens when I can't calculate as I go. Oh well. i'll remember for next time.
