I am so thrilled about how quickly the 180's are zipping by for me. The last several "decades" have gone so slowly, and now... it feels like I just got out of the 190's and already I'm almost out of the 180's! Very exciting.

What's changed? I have started to track everything that I eat, no excuses. And I don't stop tracking on the weekends or on special occasions.

I do relax a bit on the weekend with the Weight Watchers rules. I stick to my points, but I don't track the good health guidelines. Also, I will usually allow myself to eat my activity points on the weekends. That way, I'm still having fun and feel like I'm cheating (apparently the diet derelict in me needs that feeling!), but really I'm still eating a reasonable amount.

Also, I've been vegan for a few months now, and my exercise has become both habitual and enjoyable.

Awesome! What a great feeling. Great plan with the weekend. I agree that you need to feel like you're "cheating" a little, or at least relaxing the rules. Anything that helps you stay on track and ZIP down that scale is a good thing. Very good news about your exercise, too. Sounds like you're really nailing the whole "lifestyle not diet" thing. Woo hoo!

Awsome that you are vegan :] I am vegetarian (currently still eating fish) but I have cut out all milk, butter and yogert, slowly working on the rest! lol Glad I to of met you, Maybe you can give me some pointers if I do decide to switch over in the future. You are doing great!! Keep it up!!
