Wow I'm crabby! I feel like a big bah hum bug today. I really have no desire to celebrate Christmas this year. We just had this fabulous vacation and I just don't want to get back to real life. Also I am PMSing really bad, and I really miss sugar today. Usually I really could care less but I'm missing the holliday sweets and feeling really limited in my choices right now. I will push through. It's totally pms cravings. I did great today with my RDI and I'm hoping to see a drop in the scale tomorrow. Two more days until my next goal. I want to be back at 140 or below. Grocery shopping tomorrow maybe I'll get some ingredients for something new, I need a little variety.
