A good week despite going out of town to watch my granddaughter in the Ontario Cup basketball tournament all weekend. I did eat out and not always great food but I did count every crumb and ate less than I normally would have. Let's hope Easter weekend isn't a complete washout. it's will also my birthday then too. Double wammy!
