First day of Induction under my belt. I was able to make a wonderful supper for the In Laws and my husband and still follow the diet. I really struggled to get the water in. That was my biggest challenge yesterday.
The first week is always so exciting as all of the water weight drops off. I sure hope I can hold it together this time.

** Yesterday I couldn't get all of my carbs and calories in. Much better today but still can't eat everything. Now I need to increase my water intake. Should be a sleepless night if I keep drinking!
