I think about it and I think about it and no matter how much I want to overestimate what I ate can’t seem to count over 2500 for the evening. And this is me overestimating.

Rosio, I'm a guy but i have been in maintenance for so long that I'm having problems eating to goal. Somewhere along the line, I learned to hit my protein goal on a lot less calories than I'm trying to eat now. I'm almost at the recommended RDI but it has taken work to get there. IMHO, it's all apart of the journey to get better. It's only natural that after all the positive changes you have made that you would want to continue to get better. You got this...

Ok you are now on the ‘I hate your metabolism’ list! I weigh the same and have gained on 1700 kcal! 3x days a week lifting for 45 minutes each day. 2000 is my comfort zone if I want my snickers, nachos etc. So far I’m not having much luck working in the chips and cheese or nachos very often. 😢

I been strength training for at least 1 yr and a half

Maybe when you have been strength training for 1.5 yrs you will be able to eat as much as me or more

What I’m trying to say is that maybe with time your metabolism speeds up a little

Still on my list ;). Both of ya. Love ya both but your metabolisms... maybe I should rename it the ‘I’d love to have your metabolism’ list. Might sound a bit better to those who don’t get my humor. *sigh* I’ll get there I hope.
