Thanks mrsroboto and Bethlauren8 ! You are right about indulging better!! There are other things I could over do that wouldn't do me in so much. With summer picnics and special events coming up I need to only allow myself one day. Friday is my weigh in day so Saturday is my day to eat off plan and I don't track anything. Would not be so bad if I just only overdid that day. For some reason there are always leftovers on Sunday and before you know it I'm repeating Saturday. This week I'm really going to stick to the plan and track everything. Hopefully Friday it will show a nice loss.
