Reminding myself that I am human... and I’m not going to be perfect at this. I was hiding from the truth... I began overeating on healthy foods... and I regained quite a bit of weight. My nemesis is BINGE EATING. 🙁 But without some form of failure we never know where our strength is. It’s when we have to pick ourselves back up, dust ourselves off, and refocus with even more integrity where we’ll find out if we are quitters or goal-diggers. I’m a goal-digger!! I refuse to give up or back down.
I’m a health and fitness coach... so I’m leading several support groups, and taking care of our farm... so it’s difficult to keep up with all the different places I am needing to post to for accountability. But I’m sure going to try my best to stay active here from now on.
