I just started my weigh loss journey May 15th. My initial weigh loss goal is 20 lbs in the next 6 weeks. Any suggestions to help?

I think you a spot on in some of your earlier post. I see you have cut your calories. I would start just walking around the neighborhood. Start small, 10 minutes... and work your way up slowly... maybe 3 times a week for 10 minutes. As you get better Increase to 4 and 5 times a week... from there go to 15, 20 and so on...
