Well I'm not doing much better in the sleep area....I have got to get a couple good nights sleep. I am still constipated. I have tried magnesium, gelatin, eating more salad, drinking more water.....I'm running out of tricks in my bag. Today I took a stool softener. I'm hoping everything doesn't kick in at once and cause me major discomfort! But I need to get on top of this. If I can't get this under control in a week I'm going to go to the dr. It's been since the NY so I'm getting a little frustrated. I'm feeling bloated and heavy....yuck.
