DISCLAIMER: DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME, I'M A PRO (well, maybe, maybe not! :o).
I ate yesterday at 3:00 pm after a 41 hours long fast. That was so weird. I had a few hunger pangs, but nothing that couldn't be dealt with. Drank a lot of water, quite a bit of coffee (1/2 regular and 1/2 decaf) and green tea. I had a few episodes of light headaches that I fixed with a pinch of salt and a few sips of water. I had a bit of a hard time falling asleep on the second night, but I blame my crazy schedule more than the fast to be responsible. After 38 hours of fast, I went for a jog and did my normal 8 km in my regular 45 minutes. I have a hard time believing it. I never felt weak, never had any feeling that something was wrong and things just went soo well. The only inconvenience I had was some intestinal "weirdness" after breaking the fast.
This fasting thing, that goes against everything my mom ever told me... :o)
