Going off topic... life has so many challenges.
So, how do gals go about finding out if a guys is single without making herself look like a complete idiot?
I have never ever approached a man before... all relationships have been long term. Never a date thing 😝
How does this thing work? I am just thinking with an outside voice. I live in a town where I do not want to be, no family and am an anti-social elite 😁 work, store, dr. That’s about it.
(Have to stay in this town until the judge realizes he made an error or my son is old enough/wise enough to make decisions... blah blah blah)
Don’t mind my weird thought. I just see possible opportunities and I run and hide without ever knowing if ‘he could be the one’ Okies dork signing out

I wouldn't come right out and ask the guy if he was single. Can you just strike up a conversation? You can talk about just about anything...the weather, sports teams, recent news etc. Approach it like you are just talking with someone and not "prowling" for a date lol. Once you are talking, if you guys have a good chemistry, ask to meet for coffee or lunch and see how it goes from there. Worst thing that will happen is he'll say no or I have a girlfriend/wife. I found my current boyfriend online via Okcupid.com. Have you ever considered online dating?

Prowling ahhh! Never thought about it like that 🤔 kind of awkward huh?!? I think my largest block with just having a coffee or anything is well let me be blunt- I was the wife 2 times and had been hurt by the other women. Knowing that my ex’s were in fact married to me but still did what they did. I never ever want to be “the other woman” it really scares me. I’d never want to hurt anyone the way I have been. Obviously when the female knows you, it is not the man who is the only one to blame.
Actually, my ex and I met online, married 10 together 12 years...
I am ridiculously silly. I was just wondering how people find out these things, especially when I do not know anyone around here and am a nervous nelly
