I didn’t know until this morning that prednisone shots can make you stay awake... WIDE awake. I thought I had just been anxious and all that blissful stuff 😁
However I heard i know from past experience that it can make some people eat... really eat. I am ever so grateful that is not the case this time. I suppose it’s better to be sleepless and not hungry than to eat and have regrets.
I had the injections Tuesday (hips) so let’s see how long this goes on for.
Yesterday I decided to do a not-so-sure-yet if it’s a good idea- fasting ‘thing’ eating healthy and cutting intake was not quite doing it. Not only had the scale hardly moved, but clothing stayed the same, if not more snug. I am going to see how this works. At least maybe give my self a jump start?!? I need to research more on the how to and how long so I do not trip myself into a worse situation
