Best to lose it naturally. Gym is in the kitchen. Not all calories are equal. 1000 calories of good nutrition veg and good fats and protein. Is not the same as eating 1000calories of fast greasy food (or eating something like a waffle with syrup). - Start by consuming 300calories less than normal per day. or 500calories if you really can. Do that for 6months. you'll see the difference.

Cawazanele, thank you for the compliment. I really want to get to 80kg. I am very tall (1.86) so it might just look good. I really don't have a secret, I just count calories, 16:8 fasting and gym 3 x a week 1 hour each... And that is it
