Loving this diet - lost another pound, feel great, and am eating lots of yummy foods! Plus had a drink on Saturday (spirits) and did not upset my diet. I packed an amazing lunch today, with grilled salmon with salsa, broccoli/cheese frittata and sausage frittata, and a little bit of my leftover parm chicken. Have two carbmaster yogurts for snacks, and still well within my net carb limit of 20. This is really fantastic!!!
