S&P I'm not sure what we do different but I have finally got my mind so stuck to this I think that's it but sadly I still don't exercise yet as I'm still suffering nerve damage to my legs from sugar diabetes been uncontrolled for just over 10years

Mike I am not sure the calories but I eat 5020 kilojoules a day your posts have gave me the most encouragement to lossing weight thank you

S&p I don't IF but I eat alot of whole grain products and protien small amount at each meal it stop hunger pains

@goose, its great to have people in my weight class trying to change their situations. Im a little competitive ( not that this is a competition) so watching your’s, lisa’s, S& P, Runesha and others losses keep me on my toes, as i dont want to be left behind. So to the contrary you peeps posting daily definitely helps keep my eating in check.

If I may ask, what did you change in your lifestyle to lose a lot of weight? I've been struggling with getting quick results but I see that maybe you might have the answer to that!

Mike that's a very honest message and for me to be making one person's weight loss more help full(I'm in) the best part of the fat secret is we all see each others post but don't take it like the next one bragging I talk from the bit a see and I more was never looking at it the way u do i was thinking wow I'm losing so well and its thanks to all of u guys posting but now I see that my posting is helping u all so it's more now that I will keep posting I think we all goo

Vartika I started counting kilojoules and i woke up on morning and thought to my self u need to eat to live not live to eat and I wrote that in big where I could see it in my kitchen each day and I started listening to my body I ask my self do u need to eat now or is it a habit and now I know when I'm hungry
