Well again I wasn't expecting that. I thought I would go up because of the new low yesterday. But I was plesently suprised! Today is goal day. I didn't make it this month but I am ok with where I am. I did end up losing a few lbs. I am within 1 lb of my first major goal. I'm going to enjoy the blue line for a while until I change my goal weight to 125. I'm really not sure how long it's going to take to get there. I would like to see under 130 by my birthday on 03/07. I would have to lose 5.7+ lbs in a month and a half. i would have thought that was possible before but now I'm not so sure. we will just have to see.
I did better yesterday at not snacking in the evening. I want too but I had nothing to eat after dinner. i did have a glass of wine wiht my husband. He just got home from being out of town on a job interview.
I'm pretty tired today. My husband butt dialed me this morning at 3:40!!! I couldn't get back to sleep after that. So with that and TOM on the horizon I hope I'm not too much of a bear today!
I forgot to add that today is my 6month weightlossbirthday......... I've been at this for 6 month! WOW! It's gone great! I've lost a total of almost 33 lbs. I woulf like to lose 10-15 more. It might take me another 6 months to do that=) i would like to see me be at goal by July 18th. Then I would like to be successful at maitaining that weight for the remainder of the year. I CAN do this!
