Day 16 on Whole 30. I was hungry most of today. Got hangry and was rude to my boss. I am on board with the diet, I’m just bored with my options. It’s crunch time at work and I usually self medicate with treats. I’ve avoided them so far. Yay me.

I don’t know what type of diet your on but, when I am hangry. I like to eat deli meat rolled up. Currently this is boars heAd cracked pepper turkey. Another option to eat with this are cheese cubes. I like the two together because the cheese is a healthy fat and the turkey is full of protein. The two together full me up and are flavorful Ky satisfying. When I had a office job for almost 2 years I gained 20 lbs. it’s taken me 9 months to get rid of half that body fat with exercise-strength training and watching my food. I know you didn’t ask but, being hangry is the worst! Hope your day gets better.

Thanks, Jmax! I’m on an elimination diet to pinpoint what is causing me to have inflammation. It’s really strict and after 30 days you add items back to see what the culprit is. I suspect it’s gluten. I have eliminated gluten, sugar, dairy, soy, alcohol, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, etc. I feel great. But a little hangry at times.
