I feel vindicated. Bought a new scale, compared the 2 side by side. The new scale shows 1.4 lbs LOWER. Not only that, the old scale is showing about 2 lbs lower than this am. Yeah. *happy girl dance* I feel good (na-na-na-na-na-na-nah), I knew that I would (na-na-na-na-na-na-nah), LOL.

Hi new normal! If I saw correctly, you're doing induction? If so, I think I know why you're not seeing better results. You're not eating enough, not enough veggies, and eating/drinking stuff you shouldn't be during that phase.
You should be consuming 20-25 net carbs a day. Of that amount, 12-15 net carbs should be coming from veggies that are acceptable during that phase. No milk allowed. You're eating small portions of meat when you should be consuming 4-6oz in each meal. No ketchup allowed. If you go over to the atkins site there is a list of acceptable foods and drinks. I think that may help. Also, you should be drinking half of your weight in water (in ounces).
