I should have posted a picture of tonight's dinner as it was pretty good. I'm getting very handy with the air fryer and now I even prefer air fryer potatoes and chicken wings to the deep fried version. It's so much lighter on the stomach so no bloated heavy feeling. Well I'm going for tumor biopsy this week so trying my best to control wine consumption. very scared. So I have not been posting much.
