My work out for this morning June 22 5 minute brisk walk Stretches Lat pull down 5 set 10 rep 40# Super sets; 5 set, 10 reps: 8# dumbbells: chest press, bicep curl and 5# dumbbells: lateral raises, over head press Tricep pull 20 at 30# Tricep press machine; 5 sets 5 reps at 40# Over head press machine: 2 sets 10 reps at 30# Stretches and foam rolling my sore glutes
The super sets are really intense. I only take 30 - 45 second rest in between sets. Really makes my heart race 👍💪💪 The lateral raises are the hardest to do. I think I need to start doing real bench presses now. I could go much much heavier.
I close today so I should log about 16k steps too. Right now I have 1000 calories of food. Which means that when I get home I will get to enjoy a protein shake and dark chocolate Oreos!! 🤤🤤🤤
