Wanted to drop a quick note to let you all know I am still here! LOL!!! Things have been so crazy with the events that unfolded last week, but on the up and up, everyone is fine, just a couple friends lost their houses completely, but other then that everyone is in good spirits...back to the grin this week has not happened...had a wonderful 3 day weekend and am getting ready to leave for California on Sunday...I can't wait!!! I am not at my goal like I wanted to be, but oh well, I am not going to worry about that now. Once I get back I am going to start detox again and see what I can do to get to my goal! I am very pleased with the way things are going and I don't think I would change it for anything for sure, but that little blue line on my chart is calling my name, so my new goal is to go on vacation with out a worry in the world and when I get home I am going to jump in head first and get to the blue line! I know I can do this!! I wish you all the best in the next week or so! Chow for now!!!
