roochston Günlüğü, 26 Haz 19

I'm doing low carb and I'm finding it really hard to find breakfast items that I'm not eating the same thing every day. on top of that I'm only allowed eggs 3 days a week. anyone have any different suggestions? I can't do just fruit; there needs to be 6oz of protein 😕

Did you just start? You are not logging much. Why only 3 eggs a week? You can have left overs for breakfast. You can have some avocado and bacon and tomato. You can have sausage and ham. You can make flax muffins (but it takes an egg). You can have full fat yogurt and some nuts

eggs and bacon, yogurt and nuts, smoothy with protein powder, bullet proof coffee, leftovers. My husband eats red pepper halves filled with soft cheese and nuts. Eggs are good for you - no need to limit them! Or skip breakfast; you'll lose weight faster. Look up intermittent fasting.

Yea I'm trying to get used to logging everything. My doctor doesn't want more than 3 eggs a week. I THINK is because of cholesterol. Thanks for the ideas everyone! I'm already tired of the usual so this helps a lot 😊
