I was on a work trip the last 6 days, I tracked when I could and tried to make more healthy choices than not. I am happy with a .6 drop over these days. home last night and rode my bike to work today and had a healthy salad for lunchies. just keepin' on trucking. i see onederland ahead, and am planning a spa day with my mom to celebrate that, hoping for sometime in august maybe?
