Week 3, Day 4. I have lost my motivation and the weight is piling back on.

I am fed up being stuck at home most days with plantar fasciitis. I have a good day when I can get up, walk a little and go out the house but it usually followed by a bad day where I am stuck home having to use crutches to get around. Food/Meals is prepared by my kids (aged 21 & 19) So its ready made stuff. I sit at home with food on my mind, so bored I just eat, eat, eat.

I tried exercising once and by the next day my mobility was the worst its ever been.

My doctor has diagnosed circumstantial depression which some days its worse. Today is one of those days along with poor mobility.

Here's to another day being bored and stuck in my bed, with the "Kids" running around after me. :-(

I have both plantar and depression I am just under 15 stone and find that exercise for around hour a night followed by cool shower has helped dramatically. also changed my trainers. maybe ask your children to sit down with you and meal plan if they are doing it. hope to help if u need it

Maybe talk to your kids and ask them to make you something healthy? I'm sure they'd be happy to help you stay motivated, and they are old enough to make something from a healthy website if they have the right ingredients! Eating healthily will make you feel so much better! Stay strong xx

Thank you all. Yesterday was a much better day for me. I found some motivation and did not binge eat.

I feel your pain, I'm finding it hard too. I need 6 kgs off to get my knee operation and this last 2 days I've eaten so much I should not have. I have depression, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia and cannot exercise at all... So what do you do to get this weight off is beyond me x

aw I have planter to and. sciatica bad back. arthritis in my. knees. and recovering from. a. rupture akils heel. it's an absolute nightmare. I. feel for you. it's. hard going. never mind. trying to. avoid the. food ya. love 😥. hang on in there. tomorrow's another day take each day as it comes. don't beat yourself up you will end up feeling worse you will get there. as for your kids/young men ask them to help you. X good luck
