Monday MOnday, oh well at least I made it though to home time now. Stayed with my woe for the most part, just ate more than expected but still on my plan and stayed away from liquid & solid temptations over the weekend, which was a SUPER accomplishment for me, so I will take it! Today I was good with my woe so that is also a plus for me. Just have issues with my job, etc, etc, but eventually that will be in the past, well at least todays workday is in the past!
