Started the week off yesterday with a one-mile swim - no small task while entertaining a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old who were vying for my attention. My neck and shoulders are feeling it this morning. I've had a hard time getting my water in lately, and my bowels are NOT being the most cooperative part of my body! When I eat junk food all day, I have one or two BM's a day, like clockwork. I am VERY tempted to have a bowl of oatmeal with raisins and pecans this morning, as that meal usually gets things moving.
