been on keto for 2.5 weeks. I'm feeling full. I broke it last night, eating out. I had some cake which made me feel yuck. I have had no bread or added sugar the past 3 weeks. and am feeling much better for it. and have suffered no jock itch around the groin, which was being caused by sugar and yeast.

yes candida makes you feel so bloated also. It loves yeast and sugar especially alcohol.
