Started Blood Sugar Solution "diet" today. Accidentally broke protocol at first meal by having 1/2 oz cheese in my scrambled eggs. (No dairy for 6 weeks.)Decided okay to break a few rules today if food was whole and healthy - eg. ate beet-carrot slaw (no root veggies for 6 weeks if diabetic) until nutritious food is gone. Don't want to waste good food and only have a couple of items in the fridge since have been planning to switch over all week. Feel excited and motivated.
