I'm using a scale that they have here at work. And I have to get used to it. I'm 1.6 pound heavier today then I was yesterday. I'm not happy about that. But I also know that you shouldn't weigh yourself all the time. I Also know that this 1.6 pounds is just a bump in the road.
Today I am dealing with quite a bit of pain. My knees are killing me. I recently got a shot in each one of them, which did help. But maybe its the weather that is affecting them??? So I down 4 Tylenol and wait for the relief. I hope its soon!
