Man eating healhty is difficult when you are pregnant and tempted at every turn lol! I can't walk anymore right now due to the heat, but as soon as the temps drop, I will be back at it. I have an exercise dvd that I enjoy but the boys are always on the tv..............

I have family visiting in town this week and have managed for the most part to eat pb and j sandwiches instead of the jumk we usually eat by the pool lol. We did have a little pizza last night. I gained 2 pounds the other day due to eating chicken strips and cheese fries from cheddar's! I did however forgo the the ice cream I was offered that night. I need to drink water water water this weekend! I gained 6 pounds last month for my checkup at the doctor, so this month since I have only gained 1 pound in 2.5 weeks, I am doing alright, but I have a 25 pound goal for this pregnancy and I am sitting at 16 pounds already. I have 16 more weeks to go! So I gotta try to gain no more than 1/2 pound a week. I do really well until I eat cake or something fried. I even ate pecan pie last week 4 times and didn't gain! I ate chicken strips and POW 2 pounds!
