I'm feeling really down today, I'm really sick of my happiness being rare these days. I really hope losing the weight will help me feel happier in the long run, although I haven't seen much change lately. According to this site I've been burning more than I'm eating but I really haven't been exercising much for real. But I've been completely cleaning my room out today, dismantling old furniture and carrying it out to the burn pile, so hopefully me doing that on and off all day amounts to a real work out. I've eaten fairly healthy today, except for that I split a chocolate bar with my mom, and there goes my no sweets challenge. Oh well, at least I'm not gaining weight.
