In ketotsis now, 1.65 on the meter :-) Still losing weight, no surprise, but feeling very de-energised. I've felt much better before while fasting but this is the first time I've done just water fasting. No coffee, no MCT, no nothing. I'm aware doing it like this is reputedly what gets rid of your lose skin but I must say, I'm not finding it fun to do.
