Had a little mini-pack of awesomely delicious, forbidden cookies that were offered to me at 9:30 pm when I still hadn't eaten dinner because I was working. I ate my meatloaf before ingesting them so my blood sugar was a little high, but only up about 20 points above target. I think this was a good deviation since it came in a non-binge-able size, really met my sugar desires, and was balanced with a protein.
