Started on a diet of my own 5 years ago. Started at 170 and ended at 145. Then started this diet journal and program and lost to 140 but haven't been able to loose more than to 138 for the past 3 years. Have now started to gain again. I need to get back on the diet of watching what I eat but also being way more committed to loose the weight.
