okay so i am trying to make food choices with little carbs. certainly veg and fruit have carbs but i am focusing on things like bread, baked goods and pasta. it isn't easy going without toast in the morning, no more sugar in my tea, and no crackers for my cheese. i am eating eggs for breakfast with veg in them, i am excepting potatoes. lunch is yogurt and supper can be chick soup apples with cheese other fruit. it will get boring eventually but i can figure out what else to add to this over time.
