I have not logged into the site in 3 years, however since then, I had lost 65lbs. My peak was 240lbs, and my lowest point was 175lbs. Since September 2012, I have gained 25lbs. :( My goal weight is 160lbs. I will need to loose 40lbs. I know I can do it. I will need to be more concious of my calorie intake and my daily physical activity. My goal is to achieve this by the end of 2013, so I can do it in the most healthy way possible. I decided to utilize this site to keep me honest and track my progress. Ready to get started!! :)
