I went swimming on Sunday and I will go again tomorrow!
Fasting morning blood sugar is down a little to 180s. My A1C is 10.1 which is HORRIBLE. That corresponds to a blood sugar of 279 which I had for August and September but not October. An average of 180 is 7.9 which is still really bad. I figure it will take 6 months to get it down to the 140s.
That is why I am trying to fast - to clear my liver of sugar and get my blood sugar down.

Congratulations! Many on here have reversed Type 2 Diabetes - I know you can do it too!
