Feeling a little discouraged today. I weighed in again and I'm still at the same weight... I've noticed if I weigh in everyday I get numbers that fluctuate drastically. I don't know if it's the times I'm weighing in or what?? Well anyways, can't stay down! I ate breakfast and worked out and let me tell you I was sweating my ass off! I did the same workout but just increased the intensity! I'm seeing a minor change in my clothing but not much on the scale... maybe I'm gaining muscle? Looking forward to my spaghetti squash alfredo tonight for dinner! Mmm mmm! If you want the recipe let me know!

I have heard that the time of the day matters, Also maybe you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday. That will only drive you crazy. Try to reduce it to once a week (maybe on sundays or whenever your week ends or starts). Just don't give up! :)
