Not doing good. Only one good day this week. No babysitter all
week. So I work the night shift and up all day!! I have no strength
or energy. Just trying to stay up and be mommy is hard
Enough. I have a lot of the sleep deprivation symptoms ..weight
gain, Carb cravings and I can't seem to stay full long enough, also
my body aches and my concentration is off...there's s list of health
problems. I feel hopeless right now.

Don't give up. I know how it feels, I'm a single dad and work full time. Its hard to concentrate on work out with all the daily noise. Just have to find that space in your busy schedule to tune everything and everyone and take care of yourself. I wish the best of luck, hope things get better.

Hang in there. Maybe next week you will have a babysitter. I experienced a lot of sleep deprivation right after I had my baby too and I made and so will you. Just take it one hour at a time.

Thanks guys..my work week started sat and I've done some exercises. about 15-20 minutes. Trying to cut back amour I eat and watch what I eat. Not easy but better week...got babysitter
