SturgeonQueen Günlüğü, 16 Ağu 10

Well I'm down today, from the "up" I was at, but still at 142.8... Bleh. Trying to make protein a priority, but it's tough. Snacks are tough anyway. I'm almost out of lunch meat, and so it's basically peanut-butter or hot dogs or a piece of fish (which I might eat later).

Hoping today's workout won't be as crappy as yesterday. I just wasn't feeling it at all. I mean I tried still, but man, bleh. Yeah I've got a few hours before I'll start it, but still going for the 700+ calorie burn today. I might've finished my Challenge workout after midnight too, which means the stupid Wii will tell me I missed 2 workouts... And you can't do more than 1 a day, stupid thing. I know myself that I did them on the respective days...

I like working out at night, even though it just boosts my metabolism for the evening. I eat mostly at night, so I workout at night. I think it makes more sense for the way I live my life right now... if I was a morning person, always up early every day, I'd probably workout in the mornings and eat breakfast really early (instead of at 10 or 11am) but whatever.

God I hope I see a real drop soon... I just feel like how can I possibly be going backwards? I'm really not cheating... very conscious about what I eat, except for every now and again... (like maybe 2 days a month I'm not worried about calories). Working out for 1-1.5 hours, 4 days a week (at least)... bleh. I don't want to step backwards. I refuse to weigh in.

After my pig out day before yesterday, I'm not gettin' on the scale, either! Good luck doing your workout, too. The day I ate everything not nailed down was the day I was dizzy and spinning - no workout, lots of calories (lots!) and foods I don't usually eat and lots of sodium. Nope, not getting on the scale for a couple MORE days. I think working out at night is just fine, anyway. Hell, working out at all is great for us, and how you do a 700 calorie burn is beyond me! I can't wait until it cools off enough to hike again. A month or two?

I dunno D, that's just what my Wii says - lol. Best I can go by, I guess.

I think I just have a really crappy metabolism. Did I tell you even my sleeping burn is down to .9 calories a min.? I mean, it was only a 1.0 before, not a huge change, but I think a reflection of my overall metabolism. I know I'll burn less weighing almost 40 lbs less, but I've also got a LOT more muscle than before. I thought it would even out, but it hasn't. Been missing you....seems like you hardly post anymore. Just frustrated or bored with the site? (me? :)
