since the 12th of November till the 14th I put on 1.4 kg and I'm stumped about it. I've looked back at my entries and the common denominator is garlic and herb sausages and keto brownies. so the keto brownies are out. the sausages may be a bit harder because Tristan and the kids like them. I'll try and find lower carb sausages and keep buying the others for the family. I'm really going to try and be more protein based and not have the sweet treats and I'll also try to have black coffee in the morning until I break my fast. I'm loving water lately which is great because I'll try and get excited about it after dinner. I'll even try to not have wster during dinner. focus on the food and then drink water after when I feel like a sweet treat and I'll brush my teeth and maybe have a mint tea as a on the lounge treat after dinner and everything is done for the day and consider it my reward. Just need to learn how to reward myself with no food but by being good to myself instead.
