Ceebee Günlüğü, 19 Ağu 10

Hey peeps.. I am feeling much better.. I went to PT today and she beat me senseless. I told her that maybe we should come up with a safety word.. I ate poorly on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday.. My brother in law is the best cook in the world.. He made brisket on Saturday and on Wednesday. If this keeps up I am going to have to cut him out of my social circle.. because I cant be expected to control MYSELF! Anyway.. I am now afraid of the scale again.. I am going to try and add some extra exercise for a few days to help burn off some of the extra food I have consumed this week. I know the results will not be immediate but it has to help some.. and a little extra exercise is good for me regardless if I lose extra weight or not.

Thats the wonderful thing about excercise (at least i keep trying to convince myself its wonderful), it allows you a little wiggle room in your diet. :O)

alright I did not make the extra exercise today... (well I kinda did i tacked on 5 extra min on the bike today) so.. I normally dont do this but I decided to cut a few calories today in lieu of extra exercise.. now dont go leaving hate mail or I will be forced to be less honest in the future.. so put down the torches and the pitchforks cause honestly I ate so much so late last night I think that some of those calories were still being digested today.. so that has got to count for something right? anywho off to bed.. I think I will call it an early night tonight. Maybe dream of calorie free pizza that cures cancer.

Glad to hear the PT is kicking your arse...that's what all the good ones do. And you really should re-evaluate your BIL's membership in your circle of trust. Sometimes you have to make tough decisions like that. And as far as the trading calories for exercise, that is really the beauty of tracking both...you can make informed choices. I am all about full disclosure...I HATED entering my food for the few >2K days I've had in the past couple weeks, but I'm glad I logged everything. I see lots of people write stuff in their journals like they "ate too bad to log it, will start again tomorrow" & they fail to realize it only hurts them. As much as I love my buddies here, if one of them inhales a sheet cake I will still sleep fine at night, & them pretending it never happened won't prevent them from going buckwild next time they throw a birthday party for their kid. Anyway, off soapbox now...have a great Friday hon! ;P
