well it is official i am in onederland for good thanks to you wonderful people here! i have now lost 30 pounds! i can't believe it! i really thought i would give up a couple of weeks ago! i have been put on a low dose of thyroid meds by my doctor and it seems to be helping at least i am not feeling like i am killing my self for nothing the weight is moving! and in the right direction! and i have a lot more energy and not near as depressed! thyroid is a beutiful thing!

Yes, yes, yes, yes!!!! Doesn't it feel great? You've done a super job and probably learned a lot about yourself along the way. I know exactly what you mean about thyroid, as DH has been going thru the same thing. They're still adjusting his dose, so he's not dropping the weight quite as well as one might expect yet.

ok one minute i am smiling and happy and on top of the world and now i just read all your replys to this morning so now i am sitting here crying you guys are so wonderful i don't know what i would do without any of you! for the laughs for the support for the advise and for the kicks in the butt when i needed them ! i really feel like i can do this now! i swear if there is ever anything at all i can do for any of you please tell me! i am forever in your debt!
