Any great golfer or athlete will tell you that the game is 90% mental and 10% skill. (actually, I think it is the old 80-20 rule). Anyway, it seems like I'm not focused, nor in the "zone" this week.......I'm not mentally into this diet crapolla this week. Still working out and eating well....but my adrenaline just doesn't taste the same.
I need to find my way back into the zone.
