It's only 7:10 in the morning, and I've already drunk 24 oz of water! I had 16 oz of ice water in my new Yeti tumbler and an 8-oz cup of Sleepytime tea. Remember, I have had ZERO water for the past couple of MONTHS, so this is a tremendous improvement for me! Looks like I MIGHT be able to surpass my 48-oz goal and head straight for the optimum 64 ounces today. I'm thankful that my motivation is returning!
