I see others losing weight with an even higher RDI up to 2000 calories a day. What am I doing wrong?
20 minutes of Turbofire but I'm bored of kicking and punching the air already. Need to try dancing or an outdoor activity. It's finally spring maybe I'll get the mountain bike out!
